The Impact You'll Have

We are currently looking for an ambitious Junior Sales Executive to bolster our expanding European team. This position presents valuable learning prospects in a dynamic environment, where you will hone your skills in crypto compliance and regulatory technology. Collaborating with seasoned professionals, you will be mentored in enterprise SaaS sales while contributing to our mission of mainstreaming crypto transactions in the global economy.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound and inbound sales activities in your region
  • Manage the complete sales process: from prospecting and discovery to conducting product demonstrations, negotiations, and finalizing deals
  • Cultivate relationships with compliance, risk, legal, and innovation teams in client accounts
  • Collaborate closely with Solutions and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless transitions and business expansions
  • Educate clients on compliance value in crypto transactions (e.g., Travel Rule, VASPs)
  • Represent Notabene at industry events, webinars, and local conferences
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and ensure clean CRM records

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of B2B sales background, preferably in the technology or financial services sectors
  • Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
  • Based in a European business hub and open to travel within the EU

Desired Qualifications

  • Keen interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
  • Fluency in an additional European language
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a swiftly evolving industry
