Responsibilities:

  • Identify, cultivate, and foster strategic collaborations with key stakeholders in the Web3, blockchain, and metaverse sectors to advance business development and extend the exposure of our metaverse product.
  • Create and implement growth strategies to enhance user acquisition, interaction, and revenue opportunities within the metaverse platform.
  • Coordinate with various teams such as product development, marketing, and legal departments to synchronize business growth strategies with the product roadmap and overall corporate goals.
  • Direct negotiations and structure deals for partnerships, licensing pacts, and other business ventures to bolster value and hasten the expansion of our metaverse product.
  • Perform market research and assessments to recognize market patterns, competitive environments, and new business prospects in the metaverse and virtual reality sphere.
  • Act as a representative for the company at industry events, seminars, and networking occasions to construct connections, boost brand recognition, and explore fresh partnership potentials.
  • Engage closely with the product team to collect feedback from partners and users, and offer insights to guide product roadmap choices and feature enhancements.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with business development endeavors, partnership results, and income generation, providing regular updates to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated expertise as a Business Development Manager or in a similar capacity inside the web3 domain, emphasizing partnerships and business expansion.
  • Profound comprehension of the Web3 ecosystem, blockchain technologies, virtual reality, and metaverse principles.
  • Extensive network within the Web3, blockchain, and metaverse circles, with a history of establishing flourishing partnerships and alliances.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication proficiencies, along with the skill to form connections with partners and steer crucial deal dialogues.
  • Strategic planner with a results-oriented outlook and a zeal for advancing innovation in the metaverse sphere.
