Description
Conduct daily reconciliations of deposit and withdrawal funds in the system based on online banking information.
- Monitor and process the status of system deposit and withdrawal transactions efficiently.
- Address customer funding issues by connecting with customer service on a daily basis.
- Manage the correction and processing of incorrect currency deposits made by customers.
- Assist in coordinating and executing market activities and other related tasks.
- Compile and analyze daily operational data from the system.
- Coordinate the setup and activities of new channels before their launch.
- Develop short-term cash forecasts and oversee daily cash management within the Group's liquidity framework.
- Assist in managing the Group's intercompany loans/settlements and accrued interest.
- Facilitate the setup of new bank accounts, administer online banking systems, and manage bank signatories.
- Collaborate with Treasury Managers on implementing Accounting/Treasury Management Systems and other payment products.
- Perform various assigned duties to support the smooth functioning of the Treasury department.
- Maintain accurate transactional data in the Accounting and Treasury Management System in a timely manner.
- Generate asset reconciliation reports and ensure daily post-trade settlement for crypto assets.
- Fulfill critical duties in cold wallet operations including wallet creation, transaction approvals, and device security.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, economics, or related fields.
- Preferably have 5-10 years of experience in trading markets, third-party payments, and clearing/settlement positions within commercial banks.
- Demonstrate strong risk management capabilities and the ability to identify risks effectively
- Exhibit strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Show dedication to work, innovativeness, ability to handle pressure, strong sense of responsibility, and teamwork orientation.
- Knowledgeable in both Internet finance and traditional financial services.
- Proven track record in leading teams and independently managing and completing projects.
