About the Role
We are looking for a talented CRM MarTech Manager to join our dynamic team. This role reports to the CRM Martech & Projects Director and will be responsible for implementing CRM strategies.
As a vital member of the CRM team, the CRM MarTech Manager will collaborate closely with various departments to enhance engagements at the company. This role offers the opportunity to work on CRM applications that significantly impact user engagement and retention. The role provides exposure to project management, growth strategy, and data analytics.
Responsibilities
- Define CRM strategies in collaboration with stakeholders to improve customer experience and retention
- Analyze customer data to guide campaigns and initiatives
- Lead the overall CRM function to manage project development from inception to completion
- Coordinate with development teams to estimate work efforts and manage resources
- Work with cross-functional teams to scope technical requirements and ensure timely project delivery
- Effectively communicate project updates, possible issues, and key milestones to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in planning and quality assurance for data tracking events and integration projects
- Maintain project documentation to ensure timely delivery and milestones
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience in managing customer data platforms (CDP) within a Growth role
- Proficiency in CDP tools for retention, acquisition, data visualization, and data warehouse
- Experience with API requirements and liquid scripting for campaign automation and personalization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex datasets using SQL
- Capable of translating CRM needs into Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
- Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and challenges, requiring minimal supervision
