Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications with customers, addressing their needs and providing solutions.
  • Identify and assess customer requirements to ensure satisfaction.
  • Resolve product or service issues by understanding the problem, offering appropriate solutions, and following up for resolution.
  • Adhere to communication procedures and guidelines for internal and external interactions.
  • Meet personal and team targets set for customer service.
  • Update and maintain customer records, making recommendations for products or services when applicable.
  • Prepare reports on products or services based on customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver effective customer service.
  • Adapt to changes and actively engage customers to ensure a positive experience.
  • Perform any other tasks related to customer support duties.

Job Requirements:

  • Hold a High school Diploma based in Sofia.
  • Prior experience in a customer support role is essential; fintech experience is beneficial but not compulsory.
  • Possess a good understanding of the Company’s business, technical aspects, financial operations, and organizational structure.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
  • Exhibit strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, along with the capacity to work independently or in a team.
  • Encompass qualities like integrity, initiative, perseverance, discretion, and respect for others’ rights.
  • Show interest in financial technologies and possess the motivation to excel in the role.
  • Fluent in both English and Dutch languages, with excellent computer literacy skills.
