Customer Experience Associate with English (Night shift), Bulgaria
Job Responsibilities:
- Acts with honesty, integrity, and knowledge to support and strengthen the Company’s culture, values, and mission.
- Manages incoming and outgoing communications with existing and potential customers.
- Identifies and evaluates customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Handles and resolves product or service issues by guiding customers through solutions.

- Achieves personal and team targets.
- Updates customer records with relevant account information.
- Recommends potential products or services to management based on customer insights.
- Prepares product or service reports as necessary.
- Contributes to team goals and performs additional tasks related to customer support.
- Collaborates with leadership and other departments to maintain high-quality customer service.
- Helps manage changes and creates engaging customer experiences.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma required.
- Prior experience in a customer support role is essential.
- Experience in fintech is not obligatory.
- Willingness to work late or night shifts.
- Requires a solid understanding of the Company’s business, technical aspects, and organizational structure.
- Must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Demonstrates excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Personal qualities needed include integrity, initiative, perseverance, discretion, and respect for others' rights.
- Interest in financial technologies and services, and motivation for the role.
- Proficiency in English language and strong computer skills.
