Responsibilities:

  • Act as the frontline representative for the P2P market, managing all incoming inquiries and engaging in outbound communication via chats, emails, and calls
  • Provide accurate and independent solutions to address arising problems or queries
  • Stay updated with relevant information to support efficient customer service operations
  • Escalate issues to team leaders, managers, or relevant departments when necessary
  • Adhere to the established Quality Assurance standards
  • Comply with the schedule set by the team leaders
  • Support in various processes as assigned by team leaders
  • Demonstrate a positive team-oriented attitude when collaborating with internal teams and other departments

Requirements:

  • Possess 2-3 years of frontline customer support experience, preferably in the financial or service sector
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to resolving complex issues and ensuring excellent customer experiences
  • Exhibit adaptability, resilience, and the ability to function effectively in dynamic environments
  • Skilled at multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and managing time efficiently
  • Require a high-speed internet connection (at least 5mbps broadband)
  • Knowledge or interest in blockchain, digital assets, or fintech industry with experience as a Binance P2P user is advantageous
  • Be able to work flexible hours and shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Fluency in English is essential to facilitate communication with international partners and stakeholders
