Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for P2P market activities, handling inbound inquiries via chat, email, and calls.
  • Independently address and resolve issues accurately as they arise.
  • Stay informed with current and pertinent information to support customer service operations effectively.
  • Escalate complex issues to designated personnel as necessary.
  • Adhere to Quality Assurance guidelines and the set schedule.
  • Support in additional processes as assigned by team leaders.
  • Demonstrate a collaborative team spirit within the department and cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience of 2-3 years in frontline customer support, ideally in finance or service industries.
  • Exhibit a strong commitment to solving complex issues with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Possess adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in multitasking, prioritization, and effective time management skills.
  • Reliable internet connection of at least 5mbps broadband.
  • Familiarity or interest in blockchain, digital assets, fin-tech sector, with experience as a Binance P2P user being a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
