Customer support is primarily managed through a ticketing system and may involve interaction through live chat or phone calls, addressing various customer inquiries, complaints, and account verification processes for our cutting-edge cryptocurrency exchange platform.

Responsibilities

  • Manage back office tickets and provide online inquiries and email responses to customers 24/7.
  • Address customer queries, provide advice and suggestions via email or online channels.
  • Collaborate with other business units in customer interactions, accurately document customer requests and feedback.
  • Handle customer complaints, unique cases, and ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Possess a college degree or higher education qualification.
  • Proficiency in both English and Japanese, with a minimum of JLPT N2 level. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus for effective communication within the company.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with a preference for those with an E-commerce or finance industry background. Recent outstanding graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrate high levels of honesty, integrity, proactiveness, attention to detail, responsibility, and teamwork.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, strong communication skills, and exceeding performance expectations.
  • Enthusiastic about customer service, willing to work flexible shifts, including night shifts, and passionate about the cryptocurrency industry.
