Customer Service Representative (Korean)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage back-office tickets and provide round-the-clock online customer support via email.
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly and accurately through email and online tools.
- Collaborate with other departments to relay customer needs and provide feedback effectively.
- Address customer complaints, special cases, and ad-hoc tasks efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum college diploma.
- Fluency in English and Korean; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in finance or e-commerce.
- Strong integrity, proactive attitude, a sense of responsibility, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Willingness to work varying shifts, including nights, and enthusiasm for the crypto industry.
