Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer disputes effectively and professionally, serving as a crucial player in the P2P market team.
  • Thoroughly investigate trading activities to ensure market safety and detect fraudulent behavior, taking necessary actions.
  • Establish and enhance processes and culture aligning with business objectives for optimal customer service.
  • Utilize Customer Insight and Root Cause Analytics to identify areas for product enhancement and communicate findings to stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Represent the Voice of the Customer throughout the organization.
  • Provide feedback through one-on-one sessions, utilize personal development plans, and offer coaching and development opportunities.
  • Conduct regular customer surveys to gather current feedback on their experiences across all business aspects.
  • Share insights gained from complaints internally and with external parties like contractors and partners as applicable.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of proven customer-facing experience or customer service role.
  • Proficiency in using IT tools for addressing technical customer queries effectively.
  • Strong written communication skills and attentive listening abilities.
  • Fluency in English along with proficiency in one's native language (e.g., Spanish, Arabic).
  • Capability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
  • Knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and P2P payments is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, multilingual proficiency is a bonus.
  • Willingness to work weekends, irregular hours, including night shifts.
  • Previous experience as a Binance P2P user is highly preferred.
