Responsibilities:

  • Manage high volumes of live chat queries and utilize various online tools effectively
  • Offer precise, thorough, and reliable information
  • Adhere to communication protocols, procedures, and policies
  • Assist other departments by liaising with customers, thoroughly documenting requests
  • Address complaints effectively, present viable solutions within specified timeframes, and ensure resolution through follow-up
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer engagement efforts

Requirements:

  • Completion of a college degree or higher education
  • Fluent Russian language skills, advanced proficiency in English
  • Minimum one-year experience in customer service, preferably within finance or e-commerce; Outstanding recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Uphold high standards of honesty, integrity, proactiveness, and meticulousness; Demonstrate responsibility and teamwork
