Customer Success Agent - Shift Work

As a member of the Customer Support team, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with technical support related to our products and services. This position requires good communication skills, patience, and empathy to address customer queries effectively. You will work on shifts to provide a 24/7 global service, ensuring customer inquiries are resolved promptly. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams within the organization to fulfill customer needs and contribute to improving our support resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support on a 24/7 basis in a rotating shift schedule.
- Address customer queries promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Create clear and concise documentation for service tickets and follow up until resolution is achieved.
- Recognize recurring support trends and product issues to provide feedback for product improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and departments to resolve technical issues.
- Assist in escalating support inquiries when necessary to meet service level agreements.
- Participate in external events to represent the company when required.
- Stay updated on cryptocurrency trends and company products.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer support or customer-facing roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to learn about hardware and software products, and analyze technical data.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Interest or curiosity in cryptocurrencies and blockchain is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other Customer Experience Management Platforms is beneficial.
