What We're Looking For

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional adept at community-driven Developer Relations to enhance our presence within global developer communities and provide top-notch support to builders. The role involves cultivating strong relationships with developers through live support, targeted developer initiatives, and the development of technical resources and guides. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with leading experts in Cryptography and work alongside talented engineers in establishing a robust blockchain platform from the ground up. This position reports to the Director of Developer Relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Produce engaging technical content such as blog posts, tutorials, videos, and presentations
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to gather input from builders
• Engage actively with the community, offering hands-on support, collecting feedback, and extracting valuable insights
• Advocate for the platform online and offline to boost adoption and expand the community

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Proven experience in building Web3 projects
• Demonstrated ability in community building and management
• Track record of creating technical content and documentation
• Proficiency in languages like Move, Solidity, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Rust
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Curiosity for learning and a drive for personal growth
• Team-oriented mindset
