Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and activation across various channels.
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns such as email marketing, advertising, social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing using customer engagement platforms and design tools.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and channels, using data to make informed decisions for optimizing performance.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging and relevant digital content, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that digital marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing practices, recommending improvements based on emerging technologies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support digital marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in digital marketing, with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, channels, and best practices, including content marketing, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
- Proficiency in utilizing marketing tools such as Braze, Figma, and Google Analytics, and ability to interpret data for insights and decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to articulate digital marketing strategies and results.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred knowledge of the financial services industry, digital marketing regulations, compliance requirements, and privacy laws.
