Director, Affiliates & Broker Relations
As the Director of Affiliates & Broker Relations, you will play a key role in driving our company's growth through a strategic approach. You will be tasked with expanding our global presence by effectively managing two crucial aspects of our business: the engagement with key online influencers (KOLs) and Affiliates on the retail side, as well as establishing strong relationships in the technical B2B Brokerage space.
This leadership position demands a unique combination of expertise in digital currencies and financial markets. You will be leading the charge in attracting new users by collaborating with top content creators, while simultaneously overseeing the development of the API infrastructure that enables financial institutions and brokers to utilize our platform. Your role extends beyond partnership management as you shape the market perception and credibility of our organization on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrated Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive global strategy for both Affiliate and Broker channels to drive user acquisition and trading volume.
- Program Optimization: Design and enhance the Affiliate and Broker Programs ensuring competitive incentives, efficient API integrations, and compelling value propositions.
- Financial Oversight: Take ownership of partnership budgets to ensure profitable outcomes from various deals, ranging from social media campaigns to institutional agreements.
- Negotiation Skills: Lead negotiations for intricate, high-value partnership agreements with influential media partners, KOLs, and financial intermediaries.
- Industry Collaboration: Act as the primary contact for B2B brokers, fintech firms, and partners, ensuring that our services are the preferred choice for their digital asset needs.
- Partner Relations: Maintain top-tier service standards for key partners, resolving technical or commercial challenges swiftly and effectively.
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends by closely monitoring social media platforms and fintech developments to adapt strategies proactively.
- Representation: Attend major industry events as the company's spokesperson to attract top-tier partners and brokers on a global scale.
Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years in Business Development, Partnerships, or Growth Marketing with at least 4 years focused on Crypto or Fintech.
- Expertise: Proven success in managing influencer networks as well as B2B brokerage relationships.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of API integrations, liquidity solutions, and blockchain ecosystems, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits.
- Network: Extensive network of contacts within the crypto space, including leading KOLs, media entities, and industry decision-makers.
- Execution: Demonstrated ability to scale partnership programs effectively to drive revenue growth.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, suitable for engaging with various stakeholders from social media personalities to C-suite executives in the financial sector.
