What Your Duties Entail:
Circle is seeking a Finance Operations Manager to join our Finance Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the design, optimization, and management of finance transformation initiatives to support our company's growth trajectory. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with Finance and cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of finance transformation, automation, streamlining of core finance processes, international expansion, and product roadmap alignment.
Your Focus Areas Will Include:
- Steering the project management and operationalization of finance transformation initiatives, encompassing ERP system integration and process automation.
- Working closely with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and FP&A teams to enhance core finance process functionality.
- Orchestrating change management efforts, such as documenting and providing training on new finance systems and processes for seamless transitions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, to ensure finance operational readiness for new ventures and global expansions.
- Aiding in scaling finance processes and system architecture to align with the company's global growth and product strategy.
- Contributing to the development and advancement of project management methodologies and tools to optimize the efficiency and efficacy of finance operations initiatives by ensuring consistent tracking, reporting, and communication among projects.

Your Qualifications Should Include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Information Systems (CIS), or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in finance operations, transformation, or a related domain.
- Strong grasp of finance operations, including core finance processes, internal controls, and financial systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with all organizational levels.
- Proven leadership and change management expertise for guiding teams through transformation endeavors.
- Detail-oriented, analytically minded individual with robust problem-solving abilities and adeptness at managing multiple priorities.
- Self-driven and proactive with a passion for adding value and enhancing processes continually.
- Familiarity with operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and an ability to adapt to change.
- Experience using Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite is beneficial.
Additional Information:
- Day-one PERM sponsorship eligibility for qualified candidates.
- Compensation ranges reflect factors such as relevant experience, skillset, qualifications, and organizational requirements.
- Salary Range: $130,000-170,000; Annual Bonus Target: 15%
