The role of Front Desk & Administrative Concierge at the Henderson HQ office is integral to ensuring smooth daily operations. Serving as the primary point of contact for visitors and staff, this position is responsible for maintaining standards across common areas, providing administrative support to leadership, and fostering a welcoming workplace atmosphere. Reporting to the VP of Corporate Operations, the role demands professionalism, organization, and exceptional service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Initial point of contact for visitors and staff, maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
- Manage front desk duties and uphold standards in common areas.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting logistics for leadership.
- Assist in internal communications, event planning, and special projects.
- Ensure organizational excellence in shared spaces and systems.
- Handle catering arrangements, lunch orders, travel logistics, and other tasks as needed.
- Support corporate meetings, executive visits, virtual events, and other activities.
- Manage office supplies, kitchen inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate virtual organization-wide meetings and events.
- Oversee employee relations activities and holidays celebrations.
- Manage shipping, mail services, storage, and support requirements.
- Prepare workspaces for new hires and collaborate with HR on swag distribution.
- Assist in purchase requisitions, notary requests, and executive needs.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $31 to $34. The role might require driving company vehicles or travel to job sites, necessitating candidates to be insurable under CleanSpark's vehicle insurance policy.
