Responsibilities
We are looking for driven and adaptable team players who excel in driving enhancements for a dynamic business landscape. Ideal candidates are avid learners, passionate about sharing knowledge, and equipped with strong problem-solving abilities. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams on vital products and tools critical to the company's success, focusing on areas such as Compliance/KYC, Customer Service, Payments/Risk, New product requirements, Trading, and Blockchain development.
Requirements
Key responsibilities include building new software, tools, and automation for internal teams, refining distributed and mission-critical services, managing project priorities, ensuring high-quality, tested code delivery, and engaging in end-to-end web or mobile application development. Candidates should possess solid knowledge of at least one backend language (preference for Elixir, Node.js, or Ruby) and have experience with a modern JavaScript framework (like React or Vue), Kotlin, or Swift. Additionally, experience in Test Driven Development and working with relational databases like PostgreSQL is important.
Desirable Skills
Additional desirable skills include the ability to mentor and guide others, familiarity with Domain Driven Design, Functional Programming, DevOps/Cloud Infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure), Distributed System Design, Event Driven Design, service and site reliability experience, application monitoring, observability tools, Blockchain/Web3 development, Account Auditing, Compliance, KYC, and Customer Relations Management.

As we expand and take a more active approach to global expansion, bitcastle is looking to hire a Full-TimeOperation Manager (Crypto) to join our team.
About the Role:
We are looking for an Operations Manager to join the Bitcastle team. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain efficient operational frameworks for our cryptocurrency trading platform. You will optimize existing operations processes, manage daily platform activities, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support the smooth functioning of overall operations.
Design, implement, and maintain an efficient and effective operational framework for the crypto platform
Optimize existing operations processes to improve operational efficiency
Conduct data analysis and forecasting to support operational decisions
Manage platform transactions and daily activities, working closely with finance and customer support teams
Conduct client due diligence and screenings, and oversee KYC tools and processes
Ensure adherence to legal and compliance requirements, including coordination and communication with internal and external auditors and stakeholders as appropriate
Requirements:
At least 1 year of operations experience in crypto exchanges trading platforms (relevant experience in tech platforms will also be considered)
Knowledge and expertise in KYC and AML regulations
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
Preferred Qualification:
Deep knowledge and interest in Crypto (knowledge of crypto or blockchain is an advantage)
