Requirements
- Develop new software, tools, and automation for internal use
- Enhance distributed and mission-critical services
- Manage project priorities and deliver high-quality code
- Full-stack web or mobile application development experience
- Proficient in one backend language (Preferably Elixir, Node.js, or Ruby)
- Experience with a modern JavaScript framework (such as React or Vue) or other specified technologies
- Understanding of Test Driven Development and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)

- Ability to mentor and teach others
- Knowledge of Domain Driven Design and Functional Programming
- Experience with DevOps/Cloud Infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure) and Distributed System Design
