Your role with us:
As the Group Reporting Manager, you will take the lead in managing group accounting practices. Your responsibilities will include consolidating financial reports, ensuring strict control over the chart of accounts, and overseeing intercompany transactions. You will collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance and the highest standards of financial reporting. What you will do:
- Oversee intercompany transactions and maintain control over the chart of accounts
- Review and consolidate financial statements across different jurisdictions
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Generate management reporting information that meets the needs of various business units/jurisdictions
- Lead audit projects and coordinate with other teams to fulfill audit requirements
- Support strategic financial planning and corporate finance actions with stakeholders
- Support the restructuring of the finance function in newly acquired businesses to ensure consistency and compatibility across the group
What you will bring:
- CA/CPA certification
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong experience in consolidating financial statements across different jurisdictions
- Audit experience
Bonus points if you also have:
- Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
- Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Jira & Intercom
