Growth Marketing Manager
We are seeking a skilled Growth Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition and engagement for a consumer app through strategic and data-driven marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in mass-market tech services, with a focus on productivity or interactive entertainment apps.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Develop and optimize paid campaigns on various platforms including Google, Meta, YouTube, and programmatic channels.
- Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROI within defined CPA targets.
- Tailor creative content and messaging based on regional regulations, launch timelines, and user behavior.
- Utilize data to enhance targeting efficiency and improve conversion rates throughout the user journey.
- Integrate internal and external data sources to refine audience targeting strategies.
Measurement & Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and platform dashboards.
- Generate detailed reports on key KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and LTV.
- Share insights with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of performance marketing experience, with at least 1 year in mass-market tech services, productivity, or entertainment apps.
- Deep understanding of app monetization, user behavior, and competitive positioning in consumer tech.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale acquisition campaigns with substantial budgets.
- Expertise in major ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic DSPs.
- Familiarity with attribution modeling, A/B testing, and user lifecycle strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
- Experience collaborating with creative, compliance, and analytics teams.

- Experience in mobile app growth, including ASO.
- Familiarity with app CRM, email marketing, and retention strategies.
