Growth Manager, Social and Search
We are looking for a skilled Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead digital marketing campaigns for our diverse new product ranges at a forward-thinking finance and digital assets company. These products include credit cards, loyalty programs, on-chain crypto trading, crypto derivatives, stocks, and prediction markets.
Experience in Finance, Crypto, or Tech roles is beneficial, yet we prioritize candidates who display initiative, creativity, and an experimental approach to fostering growth strategies and campaign development across various products. The ideal candidate should possess a curious and business-minded mindset, keeping up with new technologies, products, audiences, and user trends.
The responsibilities of this position include overseeing and optimizing digital acquisition campaigns through various paid channels for the B2C market. The candidate will be involved in planning, executing, and refining high-impact strategies to drive customer acquisition and generate revenue in a competitive and regulated market.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Optimization:
Develop and enhance paid campaigns on different platforms like Search and Social Media.
Optimize daily budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure maximum ROI and user acquisition within specified CPA targets.
Tailor creative content and messaging to comply with regional regulations, credit card calendars, and user preferences.
Use data to segment users based on behavior, location, interests, or device for more effective targeting and improved conversion rates.
Incorporate internal and external data sources for audience refinement and better campaign performance.
Measurement & Reporting:
Monitor campaign performance utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Adjust, and platform-specific dashboards.
Produce detailed reports on essential performance indicators such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and LTV.
Offer actionable insights to various teams, including creative, product, and compliance departments.
Compliance & Market Sensitivity:
Ensure all marketing activities adhere to state-level regulations and partner criteria.
Stay up-to-date on legal landscapes, industry trends, and competition in the credit card sphere.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of prior experience in performance marketing.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to craft compelling messaging for user acquisition across web and app platforms.
- Proven success in managing acquisition campaigns with significant budgets globally.
- In-depth knowledge of self-service paid media platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, and others.
- Proficient in attribution modeling, A/B testing, and customer lifecycle in the credit card sector.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance.
- Experience collaborating with teams in creative, compliance, and data.
- Excellent account management and negotiation abilities.

- Familiarity with cryptocurrencies and Web3 technologies.
- Interest in trading and investing in traditional and decentralized finance.
- Proficiency in languages other than English.
- Experience working with SaaS analytics tools like Tableau and attribution platforms like AppsFlyer.
