Your main areas of concentration will include user acquisition, retention, and conversion through measurable campaigns and growth strategies. You should excel in leveraging data-driven experimentation alongside captivating creativity to rapidly scale growth through Web3-native tools such as incentives, gamification, airdrops, staking, and referral initiatives. Your proficiency should extend to prioritizing short-term performance metrics like active users, conversion rates, and growth loops. Key Objectives:
- Develop and implement innovative growth hacking strategies customized for the Web3 landscape, utilizing blockchain technology, incentives, and gamified experiences to bolster user acquisition and retention.
- Oversee and fine-tune digital campaigns across various channels including SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing, and Web3-specific platforms, optimizing growth through platforms like Hypelab, Google, Meta, X, and more.
- Collaborate with community teams to enhance user relations, amplify user-generated content, and foster brand advocacy.
- Collaborate with content creators to craft high-quality materials like blogs, social media posts, and videos that align with brand guidelines and contribute to growth.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to measure campaign efficacy, identify trends, and shape marketing strategies, utilizing tools such as Mixpanel and Google Analytics.

Qualifications:
