We are currently looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead audience expansion, user base growth, revenue increase, and community engagement within our IPs, including Disney Pinnacle and CryptoKitties. Your responsibilities will involve devising and implementing novel marketing strategies to attract and retain users while maximizing brand influence. Your main areas of concentration will include user acquisition, retention, and conversion through measurable campaigns and growth strategies. You should excel in leveraging data-driven experimentation alongside captivating creativity to rapidly scale growth through Web3-native tools such as incentives, gamification, airdrops, staking, and referral initiatives. Your proficiency should extend to prioritizing short-term performance metrics like active users, conversion rates, and growth loops. As an integral part of our team that is at the forefront of blockchain technology, you will play a vital role in linking users with innovative products and experiences.
Key Objectives:
- Develop and implement innovative growth hacking strategies customized for the Web3 landscape, utilizing blockchain technology, incentives, and gamified experiences to bolster user acquisition and retention.
- Oversee and fine-tune digital campaigns across various channels including SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing, and Web3-specific platforms, optimizing growth through platforms like Hypelab, Google, Meta, X, and more.
- Collaborate with community teams to enhance user relations, amplify user-generated content, and foster brand advocacy.
- Collaborate with content creators to craft high-quality materials like blogs, social media posts, and videos that align with brand guidelines and contribute to growth.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to measure campaign efficacy, identify trends, and shape marketing strategies, utilizing tools such as Mixpanel and Google Analytics.
- Coordinate with community managers to plan and execute online events that boost engagement, enhance community interaction, and foster growth.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, audience requirements, and competitor insights to maintain Dapper Labs' leading position in the blockchain and Web3 sectors.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with product, community, and creative teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts supporting overarching company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Profound knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and industry best practices.
- Ability to think creatively and adapt strategies swiftly in a dynamic environment, coupled with strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing roles, preferably within tech, blockchain, entertainment, sports, or gaming industries.
- Competence in marketing analytics tools to measure, track, and optimize campaign performance.
- Proven track record of managing budgets effectively to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Enthusiasm for blockchain technology and a deep comprehension of Web3 ecosystems.
