Growth Partnerships Manager APAC
The position encompasses overseeing the Australasia and South East Asia regions, with some extended coverage in other parts of Asia based on regulatory constraints.
In the role of a Regional Growth Partnerships Manager, you will work independently as a key contributor responsible for managing our network of affiliates, influencers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) within your designated region. Your main role will involve being the primary contact in the area for executing product marketing campaigns and introducing partnership ventures.
Reporting to the Global VP for Growth Partnerships, your position will be within the Growth team. You will have the authority in your regional domain to determine the partnerships you engage with and how you tailor region-specific campaigns. Alongside your manager, you will devise a personal growth plan to ensure you continuously enhance your skills and knowledge for professional advancement.
Your primary objective will be to enhance key performance indicators through the development and execution of strategies that meet regional partnership objectives. Your focus will include coordinating influencer campaigns in collaboration with our product and marketing teams to guarantee effective utilization and adaptation of new features, product launches, and marketing initiatives by our influencer partners. Additionally, you will conduct post-campaign analyses to offer insights for future improvements, sharing best practices with the team.
Occasionally, you may be tasked with representing the company at partnership and industry events in your region to establish new partnerships, cultivate existing relationships, and engage in beneficial dialogues with industry peers.
Responsibilities
Regional Partnerships Growth and Initiatives:
Devise and implement customized partnership initiatives to boost growth across various product sectors like crypto, cards, and more.
Identify opportunities and create a pipeline of potential new affiliates, influencers, and KOLs.
Suggest and execute strategies for partnership recruitment and retention.
Hands-On Partnership Management:
Serve as the primary escalation point for partnership matters in your region, maintaining relationships with affiliates, influencers, and KOLs.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to send regular region-specific newsletters to partners with assistance from our agency.
Work closely with an external agency to design, implement, and optimize partner campaigns ensuring timely delivery with clear communication.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Analytics teams to seamlessly integrate partnership processes into existing workflows.
Act as the main contact for regional partnerships, closely coordinating with our agency to prioritize projects and swiftly address issues.
Respond to briefs from product marketing teams and aid in designing suitable partner support for new products and features.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
Utilize tools like Tableau and Google Analytics to monitor partnership performance regularly.
Report on KPIs and derive data-driven insights to refine strategies, initiatives, and partnerships.
Provide consistent, actionable reports to various stakeholders for informed decision-making and ongoing enhancement.
Present proposals for additional budget allocation to support brand awareness, marketing campaigns, and product launches to the VP of Growth Partnerships and SVP Growth.
Staying Ahead of Trends:
Stay abreast of industry advancements and engage partners to sustain our competitive, innovative partnership offerings.
Attend industry and partnership events to promote our brand, discover new partners, and stay informed on industry trends.
Become proficient in partnership management tools to assist regional users occasionally with troubleshooting and inquiries.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in partnership management, affiliate marketing, or influencer marketing with a focus on marketing partnerships.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing marketing partnerships programs.
- Ability to articulate strategies previously implemented to drive KPI growth with affiliates, influencers, or KOLs.
- Previous experience in sports betting, digital assets, cryptocurrency, or financial services is advantageous considering the product range.
- Proficiency in partnership management tools like Impact.com.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset for data interpretation leading to effective resolutions.
- Proactive, resourceful, and decisive nature.
- The capability to handle multiple stakeholder projects concurrently.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating with internal and external counterparts.
- Proficient in written and verbal English; fluency in additional languages such as Malay or Korean is a plus.
