Recruitment Support Responsibilities
- Facilitate job postings on designated platforms, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Monitor the hiring processes, from initiating a request to posting the job advertisement.
- Aid in the shortlisting of suitable candidates for junior roles and assist in salary proposal preparation.
HR Policy Management Tasks
- Support in updating and documenting HR policies to ensure alignment and consistency with regulations.
- Revise policies as needed to reflect legislative changes and industry best practices, maintaining accurate documentation at all times.
Talent Development Assistance
- Collaborate on talent development initiatives by designing and delivering engaging learning content for organizational needs.
- Contribute to the enhancement of onboarding programs by assisting in their design and execution.
Culture and Communication Projects
- Assist in activities that renew and strengthen organizational values and behaviors.
- Facilitate effective communication of cultural initiatives throughout the company.
