HR/Payroll Administrator
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR/Payroll Administrator to support the operations of our rapidly growing company. In this role as a key member of our HR team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring efficiency and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide support in payroll and benefits administration
- Ensure accuracy in data by reconciling pay runs
- Analyze payments and correct discrepancies
- Manage employee records and update our HRIS database
- Prepare employee contracts and letters
- Handle staff invoices
- Prepare HR reports and conduct analytics
- Update and manage HR policies
- Assist with various HR projects and initiatives
Our Ideal Candidate
- 2-3 years of experience in HR administration
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
- Attention to detail and uphold confidentiality
- A degree in HR or Finance is highly preferred
