We are currently seeking an HRIS Analyst to collaborate with our People Systems Director in optimizing our HR systems and implementing innovative solutions. Objectives of this Role

  • Assist in the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of various modules within our HRIS systems
  • Collaborate with the People Systems Director to continuously optimize our HR systems and implement new solutions
  • Perform data updates, imports, exports, maintenance, and research/report on any data discrepancies
  • Create and maintain end-user and training documentation, and participate in training activities for stakeholders and end-users
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all entered data, maintenance of HR data in HRIS systems/databases, and prompt availability of information
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (HR business partners, payroll, etc.) to identify and refine business requirements for HR systems, and develop solutions based on needs using project management skills
  • Understand existing integrations and make necessary modifications, as well as create new integrations as needed

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience as a core team player in an HRIS implementation
  • Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills
  • Advanced Excel and SQL skills
  • Essential knowledge of XML and XSLT, as they are primary development skills for interacting with SOAP and REST-based web services
  • Demonstrated experience in building reports and utilizing people analytics data
  • Experience in monitoring and maintaining interfaces between Workday and internal/external vendor systems
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment while paying attention to detail
  • Initiative to independently complete tasks in a timely manner, and a creative problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • System Certification
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline
