Overview
We are currently partnering with a well-established Chinese bank that ventured into the UAE market in 2016, regulated by CBUAE. With aspirations of establishing a regional banking hub in the MENA region, the bank has expanded its operations focusing on trade finance, syndication, investment and trading, RMB and AED clearing.
We are now looking for Emirati professionals to join their Human Resource department:
Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee documentation in compliance with UAE MOHRE regulations.
- Foster positive employee relations and implement conflict resolution strategies.
- Develop and execute professional growth initiatives.
- Coordinate compensation and benefits administration.
- Manage performance evaluation procedures and provide strategic guidance.
Requirements
- UAE National status with valid family book and Emirates ID.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Demonstrated dedication to professional excellence and compliance.
- Proven adaptability and continuous professional development commitment.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to regulatory compliance and professional integrity.
- Adherence to Branch-specific policies and protocols.
