Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and adaptable HR Generalist to join our expanding team at CleanSpark. In this role, you will provide essential support to the HR department, driving key HR initiatives across various locations. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day HR operations, such as recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who excels in managing competing priorities, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a genuine passion for supporting people.
This position is primarily based at our Norcross, GA facility, with occasional travel to our other locations in Georgia, Mississippi, and Tennessee. The HR Generalist will report to the Director of HR.
Responsibilities and Duties
Administrative Support:
- Manage the HRIS system to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data, including personal information, benefits enrollment, and performance evaluations.
- Administer employee life cycle changes and ensure proper documentation maintenance.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws.
- Act as the primary contact for employee and supervisor inquiries on company policies, benefits, and general HR matters.
- Support compliance-related training programs and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive company culture.
- Manage additional HR duties as required.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings and candidate screenings to interviews and offer letters.
- Coordinate the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a seamless integration into the organization.
HR Projects & Continuous Improvement:
- Engage in HR initiatives and projects aligned with company growth, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and contribute to the implementation of HR best practices that align with company objectives and values.
HR Reporting & Data Management:
- Generate and maintain HR metrics and reports, such as turnover rates, employee demographics, and compliance tracking.
- Provide data-driven insights to support workforce planning and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of three years in a human resources role, preferably in a multi-state environment.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, particularly across multiple states.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet business needs.
- Ability to travel regionally up to 10%.
