Position Overview:
CleanSpark is in search of a versatile and proficient HR Generalist to enrich our expanding team. In this capacity, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and driving essential HR initiatives across multiple locations. Your key responsibilities will encompass managing day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, regulatory compliance, and fostering employee engagement. Upholding accurate records and adherence to best practices will be paramount in this role. Ideal candidates will be proactive HR experts comfortable handling multiple priorities, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving setting, and demonstrating a strong affinity for working with people.
This position will primarily be based in our Norcross, GA facility, with intermittent travel required to various locations in Georgia, Mississippi, and Tennessee. The role reports to the Director of HR.
The annual salary for this role ranges from $60,000 to $70,000.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Administrative Support:
Oversee the HRIS system to maintain accurate employee data, including personal details, benefits enrollment, and performance assessments.
Manage employee life cycle changes (e.g., new hires, terminations, promotions) and ensure proper documentation.
Assist in the formulation, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable labor laws.
Act as the main point of contact for employee and supervisor inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and general HR matters.
Assist in organizing compliance-related training programs such as harassment prevention, safety training, and cybersecurity awareness.
Support employee engagement efforts and contribute to fostering a positive company culture.
Handle additional HR duties as required.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate the complete recruitment process, from job postings and candidate assessments to conducting interviews and making job offers.
Coordinate onboarding procedures, including managing new hire paperwork, orientation sessions, and ensuring seamless integration into the organization.
HR Projects & Continuous Improvement:
Engage in HR initiatives and projects aligned with company growth, enhancing employee engagement, and operational efficacy.
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and drive the implementation of best HR practices supporting company objectives and culture.
HR Reporting & Data Management:
Produce and uphold HR metrics and reports, covering turnover rates, employee demographics, and compliance monitoring.
Provide data-driven insights to bolster workforce planning and decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a multi-state environment.
- Proficiency in employment laws and regulations, particularly across multiple states.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across all organizational levels.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule based on business demands.
- Openness to travel to support operations in different states.
