Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive audit cycles, managing risks, controls, operations' effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with regulations.
  • Identify significant business risks and evaluate best audit and business practices in alignment with internal audit standards.
  • Analyze accounting documentation, past reports, and data to prepare comprehensive audit reports.
  • Provide independent advice, identify loopholes, and suggest risk mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain transparent communication with management and the audit committee.
  • Efficiently manage resources and audit assignments to mitigate business and financial risks.
  • Develop and enforce internal audit policies following local and global best practices.
  • Create and execute the annual Internal Audit plan, conducting ad hoc investigations when necessary.

  • Ensure timely and accurate audit information reporting to management and risk committees, participating in external audits.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of relevant industry experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Internal Auditing, Financial Accounting, or Financial Management. Additional certification in internal auditing or accreditation with the Institute of Internal Auditors preferred.
  • Solid understanding of the company's business, technical aspects, financial structure, and organizational setup.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, ability to multitask and meet deadlines, and work independently or in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively internally and externally, with a focus on delivering results under pressure.
  • Proficiency in fintech products, analyzing skills, and a dedication to enhancing internal control frameworks.
