Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 3D artists
- Manage and coordinate art production to ensure project quality within technical, time, and budget limitations
- Define the project's art direction in collaboration with the Art Director and Technical Artist
- Contribute to pipeline development with Lead Developers and Technical Artist for successful art production
- Create various 3D assets including props, environments, and textures

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years’ experience as a lead 3D Artist, skilled in both stylized and realistic art
- Comprehensive understanding of game development processes, constraints, and cross-functional team dynamics
- Proficiency in 3D software such as Maya or equivalent
- Expertise in Substance Painter and Substance Designer
- Strong command of Unreal Engine
- Effective communication and art evaluation skills
