About the Role

As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Figure, you will oversee the DTC, B2B, and B2B2C Lifecycle journeys for borrowers and loan officers. Your focus will be on Figure’s DTC HELOC product and Figure Private Label lending businesses. We are looking for someone with a strong interest in Email and SMS marketing to take charge of these channels, drive strategy, and optimize performance. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will drive measurable results through reporting and optimization efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance revenue growth, product engagement, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Gain insights into customer journeys and value propositions.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Marketing, Product, Design, Engineering, and external partners.
  • Maintain operational excellence and clear naming conventions for reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and utilize HTML and/or Liquid code.
  • Conduct and analyze A/B tests to enhance email campaign performance.
  • Ensure timely and compliant delivery of assets that align with brand guidelines.
  • Excel in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to optimize performance based on data and KPIs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing, SMS, and/or marketing automation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in advanced segmentation, databases, and logic.
  • Expertise in marketing automation tools such as Braze and a solid understanding of HTML.
  • Track record of managing A/B tests and optimizing email campaigns.
  • Experience in Financial Services is advantageous.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

For residents in CO, NY, CA, and WA, the salary range is $INSERT SALARY with up to a 25% Bonus and Equity. Actual compensation may vary based on individual experience and location.
