Description
Job responsibilities:
- Support HR Business Partners and collaborate with the HR team to develop tactical and strategic HR solutions aimed at improving the overall employee experience and workforce efficiency in a dynamic work environment.
- Report to the Senior Director of HRBP & Projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and presentation skills and demonstrate a logical and creative approach to HRBP solutions.
- Collaborate with HRBPs to enhance employee experience and engagement, providing business-focused HR services.
- Assist in identifying trends that support business goals through Strategic People Initiatives.
- Act as the main point of contact for collecting functional requirements, translating them into polished presentation materials.
- Collaboration with regional HR and HR Services teams to gather and analyze employee feedback, offering recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate, monitor, and track HR projects and events.
- Work with the People Analytics team to create regular HR reports for stakeholders.
- Support additional ad-hoc assignments and projects as necessary.
Requirements:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
- Proficiency in crafting compelling PowerPoint presentations to engage and captivate audiences.
- Demonstrated creativity, willingness to challenge norms, and a tech-savvy mindset.
- Solid business and HR knowledge, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Well-organized, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
