In this role as a member of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, you will play a critical part within the finance department of Anchorage. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating forecasts, and providing insights to support decision-making at both strategic and operational levels. Compensation ranges between $150,000 - $210,000 per year and will be finalized based on skills, abilities, and experience during the interview process. The ideal candidate for this role embodies:
A robust background spanning over 10 years in progressive accounting or audit functions, with a firm grounding of 6–8 years in dedicated SOX program oversight.
Possession of an active CPA certification.
Profound comprehension of U.S. GAAP, COSO framework, SEC rules, and PCAOB standards, coupled with astuteness in evaluating ITGCs, automated application controls, and system deployments.
A resolute “Kaizen” attitude mirroring intrinsic motivation, rigorous project management skills, and a propensity for diving deep to fortify business operations.
Capability to thrive as a nimble executor in a burgeoning, independent landscape fostering deft communication with senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
Exposure to a rapid-growth fintech or crypto setup.
