Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Manage attendance and employee records
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
- Administer employee benefits and family leave
- Issue employment and work certificates in English and Japanese
- Oversee expense reimbursement processes
- Coordinate company housing contracts and immigration activities
- Handle administrative document issuance and salary payment procedures
Finance & Accounting:
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and third-party providers
- Ensure accuracy in payments, records, and financial documents
- Monitor credit and debt
- Translate financial information for the London team
Office Administration:
- Coordinate business card orders and mail management
- Plan and execute in-house events
- Handle mandatory government questionnaires
- Manage facilities and liaise with building management
- Oversee office security card processes and supplies
- Conduct telephone correspondence
Shareholders Meeting Management:
- Organize shareholder and board meetings
- Prepare reports and minutes
- Revise Articles of Incorporation and internal regulations
Company Registration Management:
- Process changes in company registration and director registration
Required Skills:
- Education: Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a relevant role, preferably in a global setting
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Personal Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
- Additional Skills: Ability to multitask, problem-solving, and cultural understanding of Japanese business practices
- Management Skills: Ability to lead a team

- Language: Native Japanese with fluent English
