Office Manager
We are looking for a highly organized individual to fill the role of Office Manager for our Middle East operations based in Dubai. The successful candidate should possess exceptional organizational and communication skills to effectively manage various administrative tasks, liaise with different departments, and ensure the efficient functioning of our UAE office.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for office-related inquiries and concerns from employees
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth efficiency
- Manage office supplies, oversee inventory, and reorder stock as necessary
- Supervise office equipment maintenance and functionality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-groomed office environment
- Provide administrative support to Middle East staff and management, including making travel arrangements and handling visitors
- Assist in organizing regional company events
- Handle financial documents such as invoices and purchase orders in accordance with company policies
- Aid in handling pre- and onboarding processes and employment matters for Middle East staff
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for various office services
- Manage office building maintenance, repairs, and compliance with regulations and safety procedures
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in office management or a similar role, preferably in the Middle East
- Experience working in a diverse cultural environment
- Strong ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
- Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced setting
- High attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations is a definite advantage
