Job Overview
A multinational corporation is in need of an experienced Office Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and be proactive in managing office operations to ensure a top-notch work environment.
Responsibilities
- Support leadership in implementing company culture and employee benefits
- Coordinate office events and team-building activities
- Manage business travel arrangements and communicate with travel partners
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes in partnership with HR and IT
- Aid in office relocation projects when necessary
- Supervise facility services such as maintenance, cleaning, and security
- Maintain access control systems for employees and visitors
- Negotiate and oversee vendor contracts to meet service requirements
- Participate in recruitment activities for office staff and temporary workers
- Ensure workplace health and safety standards are met through assessments and enhancements
- Manage office budget, including expense tracking and invoice handling
- Monitor office occupancy and plan for future space needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Administration, Office Management, Facility Management, or related field
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese is essential
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
