We are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset, who are proactive and share our vision.
As a Part-time Bilingual Customer Support Representative, your responsibilities will involve handling inbound calls, online chat sessions, and emails from new and existing customers. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service in both English and French, in line with the Localcoin commitment.
Working under the guidance of our Customer Support Manager, you will collaborate with various departments such as marketing, sales, operations, and product teams to ensure that the voice of the Localcoin customer is heard.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Providing high-quality customer support following company protocols
- Responding to customer inquiries promptly
- Interacting with customers via phone, email, and online chat
- Serving as the primary contact for standard and escalated French-speaking customer queries
- Offering detailed information about Localcoin products
- Collaborating with internal departments to address customer needs
- Resolving issues efficiently and accurately
- Assisting in onboarding new customers and explaining Localcoin products/services
- Contributing to process enhancements with a focus on improving the customer experience
- Participating in creating and updating internal and customer-facing help guides and support articles
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in both English and French (written and verbal)
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales support, tech product support, or a similar field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience handling escalated customer service inquiries
- Detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and able to multitask
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Zendesk or Freshdesk, and live chat bots is beneficial
- Passion for Cryptocurrency and Blockchain
