Description
Responsibilities
- Evaluate cardholder dispute claims thoroughly, collect evidence, and engage with users to ensure timely and equitable resolutions.
- Work collaboratively with external partners and internal teams to settle disputes in accordance with regulatory timelines and identify potential fraudulent activities.
- Aid in enforcing compliance by monitoring merchant operations, analyzing data, and promptly reporting suspicious behaviors to safeguard the overall ecosystem.
- Assist in addressing critical inquiries related to card and payment programs by collaborating closely with various teams.
- Drive process enhancements, create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and perform operational duties to optimize efficiency in Pay & Card services.
Requirements
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for detail and adept at handling multiple tasks concurrently.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated proactive approach with preferred experience or interest in payments, card operations, or compliance.
- Organized and detail-oriented individual capable of documenting procedures and fostering continuous enhancements.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic work environment and meet regulatory deadlines consistently.
- Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in fields like business, finance, operations, or related areas.
