Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in payment-related activities.

  • Supervise daily card operations and conduct transaction monitoring.
  • Manage chargeback and dispute cases to achieve timely resolutions.

  • Contribute to special projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience in payments processing is essential.
  • At least 3 years of experience in card operations, payments, or related areas.
  • Familiarity with payment networks like Mastercard, Visa, etc., is advantageous.
  • Understanding of various payment systems, software, and international standards is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of payment gateways, processing, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong interest in digital assets and blockchain technologies.
  • Previous experience in FinTech or financial services is advantageous.
  • Preferably 2-4 years of experience in a high-growth startup environment.
