Role

Toku is seeking a skilled Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations in India and the APAC region. The ideal candidate will take charge of end-to-end local and EOR payrolls, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations worldwide. This role demands a proactive approach to redefining global compensation strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and organize payroll data efficiently
  • Execute monthly payrolls for multiple clients while ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Review and reconcile payroll data promptly to facilitate timely and precise employee payments
  • Maintain updated records, processes, and procedures
  • Address and resolve payroll-related issues effectively
  • Handle statutory filings and stay informed on payroll compliance for India
  • Uphold data accuracy and integrity
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external queries

Requirements

  • Over 6 years of experience in payroll management or equivalent roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
