Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the preparation of all documentation associated with hiring, reassignments, and terminations.
- Maintain an updated database of new hires and departures in the provided payroll system.
- Process sick leaves and manage data for employees on maternity/paternity leave, ensuring timely submission to relevant institutions.
- Verify data accuracy in payroll software and assist in administering labor compensations, including work schedules, benefits calculations, and absences.
- Communicate with local entities such as Social Security Institute, Revenue Agency, and others.
- Ensure timely submission of all necessary documents and declarations related to payroll.
- Generate income documents, official notes, and certificates as required.
- Responsively address payroll inquiries and issues.
- Prepare management reports and suggest process enhancements.
- Perform other duties related to the aforementioned responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Payroll functions.
- Proficiency in Bulgarian Labor laws and different work schedules.
- Experience with Aladin payroll software is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially in Word and Excel for Lookups & Pivot tables.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
