Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the preparation of all documentation associated with hiring, reassignments, and terminations.
  • Maintain an updated database of new hires and departures in the provided payroll system.
  • Process sick leaves and manage data for employees on maternity/paternity leave, ensuring timely submission to relevant institutions.
  • Verify data accuracy in payroll software and assist in administering labor compensations, including work schedules, benefits calculations, and absences.
  • Communicate with local entities such as Social Security Institute, Revenue Agency, and others.
  • Ensure timely submission of all necessary documents and declarations related to payroll.
  • Generate income documents, official notes, and certificates as required.
  • Responsively address payroll inquiries and issues.
  • Prepare management reports and suggest process enhancements.
  • Perform other duties related to the aforementioned responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Payroll functions.
  • Proficiency in Bulgarian Labor laws and different work schedules.
  • Experience with Aladin payroll software is advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially in Word and Excel for Lookups & Pivot tables.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical, teamwork, and organizational aptitude.
