Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated People and Culture Specialist to bolster our dynamic team at Flipster. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting employees throughout the HR lifecycle. Responsibilities will include facilitating onboarding and offboarding, managing leave requests, overseeing HRIS records, executing employee engagement initiatives, and handling compensation and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently
- Manage various types of leave, such as annual and sick leave
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records in the HRIS system
- Execute payroll preparation duties
- Oversee testing allowance management and distribution
- Support with conducting eNPS surveys and coordinating engagement events
- Manage IC reimbursements and respond to related inquiries
- Coordinate IC onboarding and offboarding processes
- Organize Culture Day activities and employee recognition programs
- Provide timely support in addressing employee queries and concerns
- Generate HR reports and analyze data pertaining to attrition, leave trends, and payroll metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role
- Proficiency in HR policies and procedures
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and HRIS systems is advantageous
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for HR
- Fluency in both written and verbal English and Korean
