We are in search of an HR Business Partner to assume a crucial role in advancing our business strategies and processes within People Operations across our global organizations. The chosen candidate will collaborate closely with our leadership teams to address employee development, engagement, and policy matters. Employing a data-driven approach, you will offer counsel on enhancing our compensation structures, leveling systems, and performance management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership as a strategic advisor.
  • Provide comprehensive support to management to foster positive work relationships, enhance morale, and elevate productivity, engagement, and retention.
  • Advocate for and support BitGo employees.
  • Collaborate with leaders and managers on people-centric issues such as performance management, coaching, employee relations, succession planning, and organizational development.
  • Offer guidance on BitGo HR policies and programs, working alongside People Ops team members and in-house counsel as needed.
  • Co-work with legal and external consultants to ensure BitGo's compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations.
  • Contribute to the management, monitoring, and assistance for company-wide Performance Management and Engagement Survey and other designated programs.

Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in HR or People Operations.
  • Proficiency in analytics and project management, with a track record of designing clear processes, coupled with exceptional attention to detail and adaptability in problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of international employment laws, regulations, and compliance obligations.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment with shifting priorities.
  • Previous experience closely partnering with senior leadership.
  • Effective communication style, with a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing people programs such as performance coaching, employee relations, compensation reviews, HR compliance, and employee development.
  • Prior experience in a remote, globally dispersed team within a high-growth environment is highly desired.
  • Enthusiasm for cryptocurrency adoption and personal involvement in crypto is preferred.

Pay Transparency Notice: The compensation for this role, depending on level and location, typically ranges between $150,000 - $170,000 USD base salary. In addition, equity, an annual performance bonus, and the outlined benefits form part of the total package for this position.
