We are in search of an HR Business Partner to contribute significantly to enhancing our business strategies and operational processes within People Operations and across our global organizations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Leadership teams on initiatives related to employee development, engagement, and policy improvements. Utilizing a data-driven approach, you will provide guidance on enhancing compensation, leveling, and performance management practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to our leadership teams.
  • Provide personalized support to management in building work relationships, boosting morale, and enhancing productivity, engagement, and retention.
  • Serve as an advocate and support resource for BitGo employees.
  • Collaborate with and advise leaders and managers on diverse people-related matters such as performance management & coaching, employee relations, succession planning, and organizational development.
  • Offer guidance and consultation to management concerning BitGo HR policies and programs in coordination with People Ops team members and internal legal counsel when required.
  • Engage with legal counsel and external consultants to ensure BitGo's compliance with various federal, state, and local labor regulations.
  • Support in administering, tracking, and providing assistance for company-wide Performance Management and Engagement Survey initiatives and other programs as needed.

Skills and Experience:

  • Background of 7+ years in HR or People Operations.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, including the ability to develop clear processes and a meticulous yet adaptable approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of international employment laws, regulations, and compliance considerations.
  • Demonstrated capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Experience collaborating closely with the senior leadership team.
  • Effective communicator with a friendly and approachable style, emphasizing strong customer service.
  • Previous experience implementing people programs like performance coaching, employee relations, compensation review processes, HR compliance, and employee development.
  • Preferred experience working in a remote, globally distributed team within a fast-paced high-growth setting.
  • Enthusiasm for cryptocurrency adoption and personal involvement in crypto is advantageous.
