This role entails creating and executing data-driven digital approaches, refining paid campaigns, and ensuring optimum return on investment across various platforms. Role Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement holistic digital marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Enhance website and landing pages for increased conversion rates.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to lead conversion rate optimization tactics.
- Manage and enhance paid marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Web3-specific channels.
- Execute media buying strategies like programmatic and direct placements to engage Web3 and SaaS audiences.
- Perform A/B testing to continuously refine ad performance and enhance conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, evaluate key metrics, and optimize strategies to maximize marketing efficiency and ROI.
- Oversee performance marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Generate and present performance reports and insights to the marketing leadership team.
- Work closely with the content marketing team to align paid strategies with SEO initiatives for increased visibility.
- Coordinate with sales, product, and marketing teams to align campaigns with overall business objectives.
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns through targeted performance marketing strategies.
Applicant Requirements
- Possess at least 3+ years of performance marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS and Web3.
- Proficient in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and Web3 media buying.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in A/B testing, budget management, and conversion rate optimization.
- Hands-on experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Capable of managing and optimizing marketing budgets for maximum impact.
- Deep understanding of SEO principles and their synergy with paid marketing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Experience
- Previous involvement with Web3 marketing platforms, blockchain advertising, or crypto-specific target audiences.
- Understanding of decentralized advertising models, token incentives, and NFT marketing.
- Experience in multi-channel attribution and customer journey analytics.
