Overview
We are collaborating with a prominent Chinese bank that expanded to the UAE market in 2016 and operates under the regulation of CBUAE. They aim to establish a regional banking hub for the MENA region. Currently, they are in search of a Receptionist & Administrative Assistant fluent in Chinese to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Manage reception operations and greet visitors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls and communications
- Organize meetings and maintain calendars
- Process and archive documents
- Provide administrative assistance across various departments
- Keep track of office supplies and equipment
- Support basic HR administrative functions
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese for effective communication
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Preferably holding a valid UAE residence visa.
