Currently, we are seeking a professional to fill the Sales Administrator role within our Consumer Sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Generating orders in our internal back-office platform
- Managing the complete sales fulfillment process, spanning from invoicing and payments to shipping and delivery
- Acting as the primary contact for our resellers and distributors to maintain optimal client satisfaction
- Coordinating effectively with various departments like accounting, production, design, e-commerce, shipping, logistics, and legal
- Overseeing the qualification and onboarding of new resellers and co-branded clients
- Enhancing lead qualification processes
- Designing tools and workflows to enhance forecast consolidation
- Providing reports on essential metrics related to your operational tasks.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales administration on both domestic and international levels
- Proficiency in executing sales procedures and interactions with external parties like distributors and retailers
- Strong communication skills in French and English for clear stakeholder and client engagement
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and precision in task execution to deliver high performance.
Contract Duration: 4 months (CDD)
